Approximately a dozen Pakistani businesses participated in the international exhibition Saudi Build, which took place in Riyadh on 14 – 17 November 2022.
Several top quality products from Pakistani exporters of building & construction industry were on display during the Saudi Build exhibition. The engineering-related goods, electric fans, and Pakistani marble were the construction businesses’ main subjects. The items displayed by Pakistani businesses piqued the participants’ curiosity greatly.
Azher Ali Dahir, Pakistan’s Minister for Trade and Investment in Saudi Arabia, expressed his delight at Pakistani businesses’ involvement in the “Saudi Build” exhibition. According to Mr. Azher Ali Dahir, the Pakistani embassy in Saudi Arabia constantly encourages Pakistani businesses to take part in international exhibits held there. According to him, such occasions not only support Pakistan’s efforts to market its goods abroad but also strengthen Pakistan’s commercial relations with other nations.

The representatives of Pakistani businesses that took part in Saudi Build also expressed satisfaction with the way that foreign construction firms had responded to their interest in Pakistani goods and expressed the hope that the exhibition would be beneficial for Pakistan and Pakistani businesses. They believed that Pakistan needed to increase its trade participation in order to solve its long-term economic problems.
