Africa’s largest beauty trade exhibition Beauty West Africa confirmed over 220 exhibitors held this year from 26th November – 1st December 2022 in Lagos, Nigeria. Manufacturers, suppliers and distributors came from Africa, Asia, the Middle East, Europe and North America to do business with Nigeria’s beauty, hair and cosmetics businesses.
Now in its fourth edition, Beauty West Africa saw many returning exhibitors and also welcomed many new companies, too. When the 2021 show returned after the pandemic, it was a sell-out and 2022 saw the exhibition space expand to more than 4,200sqm.
Participation from Pakistan at Beauty West Africa
The participation from Pakistan has jumped to 21 companies this year from 13 companies in the pre covid edition. The reason being this trade show gives businesses an opportunity to forge relations with the leading importers and retailers from across Africa and to position their product at the forefront of the industry.

According to exhibitors, the best thing about Nigeria’s buyer is that they want to learn about new products and are keen to try them out. The Nigeria beauty market has a lot of potential for beauty soaps, face creams and beauty creams. If one knows how to market themselves, they will definitely be able to capture this market.
