SOME TESTIMONIALS REGARDING EXHIBITOR EXPERIENCE AT THE SHOW

“Overall it was a good experience, the participation was fruitful and we got all the required information and leads. Visitor flow was steady and we got to meet a good number of serious buyers. We believe this region is very lucrative in growing our business and we would urge others to explore it too.”

Abdul Ahad – Manager Sales at Pioneer Cables

“Potential buyers were there in a reasonable number. I would say that it was very well organized. Team Eventage is coordinated everything very well, It was great meeting Zeeshan at the exhibition. We need to learn from our neighboring country India and promote export industry, I have seen Pakistanis working in Qatar but if we compare Pakistanis with Indians, the ratio of Pakistani participation is less. over all it was a great experience to exhibit at Project Qatar 2019 and I would like to return as an exhibitor.”

Irfan Yusuf – Manager Marketing at  Diamond Paints

“We had a wonderful experience at the exhibition. There was a continuous flow of buyers and visitors from morning till evening, that we did not even have a single minute to spare or take a lunch break! I would definitely like to re book this show, since there is ban on Qatar from its neighboring countries, we Pakistanis must take benefit out of this situation.”

PROJECT QATAR – SUCCESS STORY

Over the course of more than a decade Project Qatar has been contributing to define and shape the future of Qatari economy by congregating national, regional and International companies by adapting contemporary practices and technologies to meet the existing and emerging needs of Qatari market.

The IFP Qatar, Haidar Mshaimesh, acting General Manager said, “The international pavilions offer a central showcase for global and local companies to maximize exposure for their services, products, expertise, and technology, and it is also easier for buyers to locate key suppliers. The pavilions have long been one of the biggest contributors to the success of Project Qatar, and the increase in the number of international pavilions this year certainly promises a positive impact on Qatar’s construction sector.”

Another amazing opportunity for the exporters The B2B Matchmaking Platform which facilitated exhibitors and visitors to directly meet potential distributors, buyers, and decision makers through one on one meetings, whereas the ‘Hosted Buyers Program’ offered buyers a personalized schedule to meet with suppliers from the sector of their interest.
